Creamy Mocha Coffee

Ingredients:


1 cup of your favorite already brewed coffee
1 teaspoon raw organic cacao nibs (may substitute cocoa or cacao powder)
1 teaspoon raw organic coconut milk (solids skimmed from top of can)
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon raw organic coconut crystals (sweetener)


Directions:


Pour all ingredients into a blender/food processor.  My favorite is the Nutri-Bullet.  Blend together until cacao nibs are completely pulverized.  Give it a taste and adjust sweeteners or 'milk' to taste.
Pour into your favorite coffee cup and top with some coconut whipped topping and sprinkle with ground cacao nibs, cinnamon or anything you fancy.  Or leave it plain, that's okay too. :)

Now, (and this is the most important step), find a quiet place to sit down and relax and enjoy your fresh, homemade, creamy cup of Mocha Coffee.
